Akeem is a first-gen immigrant from Jamaica. He grew up in NYC. Before Thread, he spent 2.5 years as a Software Engineer at Microsoft before leaving to join Polimorphic (a small fintech/govtech startup) for 8 months. He loves playing soccer, finding new music, and traveling.
